Stainless Steel Cookware Testimonials

What Americraft Cookware customers are saying…

I love this fry pan....use it daily....I cook most of our evening meals in it....one pot meals...quick clean up...this is the only way to cook....and you feel really good about the healthy aspect of cooking with these pans....I highly recommend these pans.....only wish I had had them years ago. I want to get the 8 quart stock pot next.....can't wait to use it for making preserves.

- Faye D. from West Virginia

I love this sauce pan....you will love the color of the veggies when they are cooked in waterless 360 cookware....they are bright and appetizing...not dull in color....I rated this pan already but forgot to leave the 5 star fating so I decided to do it again...I really love these pots.

- Faye D. from West Virginia

All I can say is WOW.......this is just the best stock pot....I am making homemade Chicken noodle soup right now....go to Facebook and type in 360 to get the recipe....you will love this recipe and it is perfect for this size pot....can't wait till it gets a little colder to make chili in my new 360 stock pot.....when I make the chili....if my recipe turns out good...I will post it.....and if it doesn't turn out good.....no one will ever know...ha...but the Chicken soup is tried and true and you will love it...!!!

- Faye D. from West Virginia

Made the best best brownies in this pan and on top of the stove...can you believe that?....try it...ssssssssooooooo good !!!

- Faye Marie from West Virginia

I made the best brownies in this pan....just sprayed my 1 qt sauce pan with pam....mixed up my batter and put it in the pan.....turned my burner on low and cooked it for 1 hr.....it was perrrrfect!!! The brownies did not stick to the pan at all (that really surprised me)...and the brownies cut so nice and neatly.

I am going to make a lemon cake in my sauce pan tomorrow...this is so much fun...I love cooking with 360...you know, you could even make a cake on a camping trip....just take a portable stove with you...or if your electric should go out (we had that happen last Christmas)....you can still bake...as long as you have a portable stove...you can get the stoves online really cheap and then buy the 8 oz butane cans to go with it.....and your all set to bake or cook with your 360 cookware.

- Faye Marie from West Virginia

I love, love love this fry pan! I don't know how I survived without it. Everyone always says you need a non-stick pan to do eggs but I scramble my eggs in this pan religiously. Granted, I do use a little butter, but I have no trouble at all. It cleans great and the eggs are awesome! Never would have thought I'd get this excited over eggs ...

- Michelle R. from Charlotte, NC

My husband bought this set for me a year ago today, for my birthday . I wanted to use them for a while before I rated them. because of the price .And I have to say these are the greatest investment he has ever made for me!! They are great, very well, made and heavy duty pots and pans. I absolutely love the 8 qt pot great for canning and stew. and I also love the fact that you do not have to share the lids ,they each have their own. Meals that I have set out for hubby have stayed hot! not warm for more then 6 hrs while sitting on the table. and best of all Proudly made in the U.S.A. thank you so much julie

- Julie F from Colorado

I love this multi purpose slow cooker. it holds vapors in and I use the 4 qt pan on it so much. I like it cause it taste like crock pot food, but is much, much faster. Took about 2 1/2 hours for whole pot roast

yesterday i fixed a shoulder roast, not frozen in it with adding potatoes and carrots later, it was simpley scrumptious.
I sear my roast in skillet first to give it a brown taste , then add it to cooker with seasonings, no water. about 1/hour before serving , i added potatoes and carrots, when i was ready to take up, i made a cup of water with 1 tbls of cornstarch in it , added to the veggies and broth that it had made, mmmmmmmmmm delicious.
you can cook about anything in it
I give it a 5 star RATING

- peggy T from Illinois

Love this Gourmet Cooker. So handy, faster than a crock pot, and makes things so tender, no need to add much water to roast or steak. The vapor steam makes it tender and makes juice. It's great!

- Peggy Taylor from Tamaroa, Illinois

This handy dandy saucepan does it all. I have used it to boil periogies and pasta as well as heat up soups and leftover stews and chili. It is easy to clean and heats very evenly. I ordered the 1 quart to continue building my collection of this fine cookware. The fact it is USA made, safe, and made under humane working conditions is icing on the cake. Sure it is expensive, but after all, quality does not come cheap!

- Ben B from Butler PA

This pan is handy, well made, sturdy, and easy to clean. It heats evenly and cooks with half the energy and time of ordinary pans. Throw in the USA made quality which means safe cooking and humane working conditions, you have a first class piece of cookware that will last a lifetime. It may be expensive, but remember, the quality remains long after the price is forgotten.

- Ben B from Butler PA

Amazing, simply amazing. This pan is as close to a do all pan as you can get. The heat distribution is top notch, it cleans easily, is very sturdy and needs only med heat to cook with. It does marvelously on hash browns and deglazes with the best pans out there.
I highly recommend this and the other lines of USA made cookware from this company. You can't go wrong when you buy USA made from 360 cookware.

- Ben B from Butler PA

I have used the 360 stainless steel 9" pie pan for both sweet and savory recipes. The pan is solid and of good weight. All my baked goods have cooked evenly with great results. Clean up is a breeze. Even cooked on food washes away with little effort. I will give this as a gift to all my baking friends.

- Colleen Covey from Orlando, Florida

Loved it, easy, simple tasty! Wish I had found this sooner!

- Elaine B from Richmond VA

Beautiful! Looking forward to giving this a try. Cant wait.

- Laura C. from Massachusetts

Well. 360 sure did "Show ME" what an awesome product line they have. Still trying to determine which one is my "favorite" piece but I gotta say, this one ranks at the top. Made the best chicken in this on the slow cooker. Came out moist and juicy. It doesn't appear to be big/deep, but it cooked up three large breasts without a problem. Definately recommend adding to your set along with the slow cooker base.

- Pat S from Show Me State

I briefly commented on this product when I posted my review of the 2.3 Quart, but would like to add that this "little" slow cooker base is great. It is smaller and takes up less room than all my other crock pots. I KNOW what my pot is made of and where it came from (USA). Unlike the "glazed crocks" made in China of which there are no long term studies as to how they might affect the food you cook in them. At first I was concerned because I am so used to my regular crockpot switching to warming mode, but that didn't seem to be a problem. As long as there is enough liquid (and you will get a lot from the meat itself due to the design of this cookware), it's not going to over cook. I actually prefer the moist, falling off the bone texture of my meat. You will just have to remember to unplug the base as it does not have an on/off switch. Highly recommend adding this to your set.

- Pat S from Show Me State

Well worth the money. Easy to remove cakes and cookies and even easier to clean after. Will look in to more of the cookware. Thanks for a great product.

- Katey-Anne T from West Chazy NY

You cannot truly understand how incredible this bakeware is until you use it! It is unbelievable! This bakeware makes me look GOOD because it bakes so evenly both each individual cookie and evenly throughout all cookies on sheet. My old bakeware does not leave the cabinet anymore. Why would it? You simply cannot go back after using such amazing bakeware!

"Hello, I am a loyal customer and your number one fan! I as well as my sister purchased our complete set of Americraft cookware 2 years
ago after growing up with and using our parents cookware while living at home. I am sending you this email because I was a bit taken back this weekend when visiting my mother (Mary Wilson) in Indiana. I saw she was cooking with her Large Skillet and 8 Quart Pot, I think. Both were missing one of their handles she said it never was a good time to have them repaired because she is always using them. I feel that it is past time. I took pictures as well as brought them home with me to Illinois to get them fixed. My parents were married for 4 years when they bought their cookware and had 3 very small children. Needless to say income was limited but my father purchased a complete family set, steak knife set as well as the Kitchen Kutter set. My mother wondered how she would put food on the table but they made payments for the pots and pans evey month until it was paid off and she still enjoys them today. My father has since passed of ALS and we miss him every day and every time she gets her
cookware out, she simles to think of all the wonderful meals she made for him with them, also a chuckle at the thought that he got them when they couldn't afford to feed the children. I hope this information gets to you and I will send pictures to you when you respond.

Thank you!
Denise Swink

PS: Thank you for what I call my omlelet pan I got last week! I have the Basic Set, Family Set, Baking Set, etc but love this new little one the best!

"This set of pans is the best investment I have ever made. They have served me so very well. Thank you for making a very high value product. I am so happy I took the leap of faith and got them."

We received our replacement cookware yesterday as you indicated. We would like to take this opportunity to express how pleased we are with the outstanding customer service we received from you and Americraft. Your company is to be congratulated on providing a great product as well as the wonderful service. We have used this as an example to our children on how customers should be treated. It is hard to imagine ever having a product replaced if we had been dealing with a foreign company.

Buy Wisconsin, Buy AmericanThanks again for the great service!

Just want you to know that I bought my cookware in 1976 before I was married with my father's approval and insistance. He sat in on the home demonstration and although I was impressed with your products, I was hesitant on spending so much money at the time. He ran his own company an said you need to have good equipment or you will be replacing them in no time. He was absolutely right. These pans are the best and were well worth the investment. I use these pans every day and have cooked for my husband, five children and now 7 grandchildren. They are worth every penny!!! Hopefully they are still made in the USA.

Thank you. My sincerest appreciation for quality products.

Jeanne Marthaler

Thanks so much for the new 4 Quart from Americraft Cookware. It is beautiful and I am overwhelmed. As you noticed the one I returned was well worn. My children always wanted to replace them and I always told them that I was very happy with the waterless cookware I had. They have served me well over 50 years. I purchased them for my hope chest in 1958 and it was money well spent. My mother and dad also purchased a set at the same time.

Thanks for your generosity and making your guarantee good. I appreciate you and your company. I love made in USA. It was worth the wait.

From a grateful heart,
Rose E. Tome

I was going through my filing cabinet and came across when I got my cookware which I still use today. A couple of the lids have gotten loose over the years but I just tighten them up. I sure got my money's worth buying that when I was a young girl. September 24, 1976 is the date on the letter from the company saying where I can order parts. I got married in 1969 and I think I bought it around 1968 just out of high school. I thought you might enjoy hearing my story. Thanks for a true product!

Bonnie Henderson

I recently sent several of my 50-year-old pans back to the factory for handle repair. In jsut less than two weeks, I had the pans back at my door! Thank you for promptly getting the repairs done, and the pans sent back! I use those pans every day, and really am happy that they have good, solid handles back on them again!!

Dorothy Vanden Brink

My mom sold your Lustre Craft brand and is 90 and in good health from using your products.

Robert Riley

Have used my full set for over 56 years and am very satisfied with them .. A useful product ...

Dona Anderson

I was seriously considering retiring my 38-year-old cookware that I purchased at the Pacific National Exhibition my first summer in Canada as a new immigrant. Instead, I recenty invested $90 in replacing the knobs and handles. I received them this week and I couldn't be happier with the results! I've included a photo of them, they really do look as good as new. Thank you for continuing with replacement parts after nearly four decades. Next year I will have been married for 40 years and am proud to say that I've had the same pots and pans for my entire married life.

Best Regards,
Patti Knight

I would like to take a moment to thank you for your service department responding so quickly to my request for repair on my pans and lids. It is refreshing to find a company that goes the extra mile for their customers. I would like to know if you have a catalog available at this time. I would like a parts list of the pan parts like pan lids, etc. Things that I can replace myself. If these items are not available, I understand. Regardless, I want to thank you again for two of our pans that now look new that my wife inherited from her mother. In the 50's, my wife cooked with those very pans. Having them restored was special to her.

Sincerely,
Jim & NIta Kelly

Keep up the good work! Not many American companies around anymore. Your company and your product is the very heart and soul of what this great country and what business used to stand for. I pray that this country gets back on track and stays on track like your great comapny has managed to do through all of these years. God bless your company and employees.

Bill Mentzel

I have received the replacement pan and repaired lid. Thank you so much for taking care of this in such a timely and generous way. My old pan was used almost daily for the 35 years i have had my cooking set, and it was pretty obvious! Your replacement is so shiny and new I am almost hesitant to use it ... I say "almost" as I have already put it to good use on occasion. I will continue to recommend to my daughters-in-law and any other young people with whom I am discussing cookware that Americraft is the best!

Beth Schneider

I just wanted to let you know that I sent in my pots as you instructed. Last week I wa pleasantly surprised to receive a replacement. Thank you for your help and I'm happy to find out that there are still some businesses that stand behind their products and they are made in the USA!

Sincerely,
Linda O'Connor

I would like to thank Lustre Craft for the best purchase I made after getting engaged. I went to a bridal show and your company was there. I was very scared to make such a huge financial purchase as a 20-year-old bride to be as it was expensive I thought??? 31 years later I still use my Lustre Craft Cookware and have never bought another product and made millions of meals for my husband and 3 boys. Lustre Craft was the best purchase and financially the best decision i ever made. When you buy QUALITY it will last a lifetime and never needs to be replaced!!! THANK YOU!

Christine from LaSalle, MI

I just want to thank you folks for your customer service.

I did send my Lustre Craft pot away as instructed, and for just the mailing to and from the plant, my pot handle was fixed, and in time for the holidays!

I spent a lot of money over 30 years ago for this set, but it's been well worth it. A lot of companies have disappeared, but yours has stuck by it's product! Plus, it's an excellent product, to boot!

Thanks also for the cookbook and the pot cleaner sample.

In a world where everyone is complaining, I could not let this opportunity go by to tell you what a satisfied customer I am.

Happy Holidays from Ontario, Canada!
Kathy from Belle River, MI

I think of my sales rep often - like every day when I prepare a meal!

I have to tell you - I am loving my cookware. I have now parted with all my old "favorites," and use this cookware faithfully, and it does everything you promised it would do. It has cut my cooiking time in half, and everything comes out perfectly wonderful. It is one of those rare occasions when something actually does something they say that it will.

Thanks again. Well worth the investment!

Sincerely,
Linda Pudlik

I love it so much! Well worth the money!

Debra from Soldotna, AK

Janet from Issaquah, WA

My set of cookware is in excellent condition and it was the best investment that I have ever made! Today I purchased a Basic Set of Americraft Cookware for my son ... and I know that he will enjoy these for many years. This is a great American made product!!!

Bridget from La Canada, CA

I've had your cookware for over 40 years. It has helped me raise 7 children and is still cooking. I love it and can tell you it ist he best investment we ever made. If you don't have it, buy it!

Linda Alsip

I have the entire set. I LOVE themn all. Every time I ahve an event at my home or any cooking to do I always have just the right pot or pan. Love'm. Love'm.

I purchased your Slow Cooker and Electric Skilet on 2/20/2010 in Pasco, Washington. I went back on 2/21/2010 and took my lady friend, Kay to watch the demonstration of this fine cookware. I purchased an additional piece and Kay purchased a complete set. I cannot tell yo how impressed I am with learning a better way to cook healthy. I quit eating processed foods years ago and put in a garden. I purchase raw fresh vegetables wehen mine are not available. These products are not cheap but made to only buy once. Can't say enough about the products. Our presenter did not criticize other brands but gave me a full convincing of why this cookware was of the utmost quality. Thank you so much! Can't hardly wait to get it in a few weeks and quit throwing all the vitamins in my vegetables down the sink by steaming!

Curtis E.

I went to a show in Fredericksburg today and purchased my first set of cookware. I can't wait till it gets here! Stan was great, my friend and I both went to the show not expecting to purchase anything, but the benefits from the healthy cooking, American made turned us both into new customers. The food that was prepared was also great.

Linda from Clements, MD

Approximately one year ago we purchased cookware from Steve while attending a trade show after he did such a great job explaining all the great features and benefits. However, after having many unsatisfied experiences using the cookware, I decided to contact the company and explain my frustration. To my surprise I heard back from Steve and he was going to come by to make dinner and dessert. To say that we were totally blown away by his generosity, his cooking and his passion for the product and its great value is an understatement.

Now we are re-excited about the great cookware and look forward to using it and sharing it. Steve went well above and beyond what anyone would ever expect and we really appreciated it.

Thank you,
Diana & Kirk Johnson

I am still using my original waterless cookware set that I purchased in the mid-70's. I purchased the Americraft Sauté Pans at a demonstration show at our 4-H Fair. I use one of the 2 skillets at least once daily. They are the perfect size! A great additon to my Deluxe Set.

Taska from Marion, IN

Americraft Cookware is very high quality and the fact that it's American made was a selling point and 7-ply another. I must say that Chef Brett is an excellent representative for Americraft's products. He's very loyal to your company. John (my husband) went and bought vegetables and I loeded the pan up! He loves to cook and was very excited about the cookware. He was so impressed that he told Chef Brett, "Whatever my wife wants!" I especially love the stackable method especially during the holidays. You can cook literally for an Army!

Mary Ann from San Antonio, TX

I am considering a purchase of another piece of two. We are really appreciating the delicious results from Slow Cooking!

Pat from Grapevine, TX

I have always used it and love it!

Jill from Menomonie, WI

I just received my new cookware and it is just wonderful! The quality is superb. I know we will be very happy with our purchase; well worth the money!

Kathleen from Sahuarita, AZ

I surely enjoyed your cooking show and my pans beat me home. Took the UPS guy 3 triesto find me here. He came with this huge hand truck and I asked him were they really heavy? He said, "Lord yes - what on Earth is in here anyway?" I told him some very expenseive pans and he couldn't beleive it. He came again today with another package and asked me how I liked the pans! This is some of what I told him: "Firat of all I read the cookbook from cover to cover and left it on a low patio table outside. My dog chewed up part of the back cover! i used the Gourmet Cooker to cook a cheap pot roast and it was to die for. I scorched the zuchinni, however in another pan - I think i din't see it setam and left it ont he burner too long. However, it in no way tasted scorched. I boiled an egg yesterday for my chef's salad on a paper towel and it turned out perfect. Today I cooked an egg and hamburger in my Electric Skillet. If I keep going, I will weight two tons!" It is obvious I am excited about the pans. Take care!

Barbara from Oregon

I love my new Sauté Pan!!

Sandy from Cape Coral, FL

I want to thank you for taking the time to speak to me the other day.  I have been cooking like crazy since we spoke and I can't tell you how much I enjoy veggies now!  I can't believe how well they taste!  I can't believe it! I made mashed potatoes; they tasted like I never tasted potatoes before and I am not a potatoes type person!  Then I made summer squash, zucchini, a little onion, carrots, some broccoli....ummmm!  I can't believe how much more taste is in the veggies!  What a difference!

Back when I was in my early 20's and going to get married, I went to a demonstration on your waterless cookware and decided to purchase it; but the next day changed my mind and cancelled it, Why?  Cost....

Here I am 30 some years later and I bought my first waterless cookware and could kick myself for not buying way back then....oh well!

Anyways, thank you again.  And, I may still call from time to time to speak to you about cooking. And if in the upcoming year you see cooking classes being scheduled for people like me, and if you remember, please forward the classes to me.

Thank you again,
Diane
